 San Pietro sopra le Acque (Saint Peter over the Waters) Historical Residence
began its journey as a convent dating back to the early 1600’.
Its beautiful frescoes have been authentically restored to their original splendor.
The hotel boasts 15 rooms as well as a suite complete with two bedrooms,
kitchen, living room and bath.
Each of the 15 guest rooms is complete with satellite television, refrigerator/bar, hydro massage and high speed internet hookup.
The hotel has been distinctly furnished in period pieces, complementing prestigious Umbrian artisanship, wrought iron and wooden beds
and Mastro Raphael linens.
Guests have access to spacious parking, Italian rose gardens,
parks with centuries old trees and interesting archaeological park on a ancient Roman necropolis as well as a consecrated church;
the ideal place for ceremonies in a unique and charming environment.
The residence of San Pietro also offers complementary services such as a modern fitness room, heated swimming pool and tennis court, 2 hole golf (pitch and put), bicycle and horse rental;it’s the perfect place for work, a relaxing vacation, romance and even a stimulating artistic retreat.
The hotel also boasts a convention hall for 250 people and a business center apart from the elegant and refined restaurant.

Central Italy such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto and even Rome or Florence.
San Pietro Sopra Le Acque, Residenza d’Epoca, è un convento degli inizi del ‘600,
decorato con preziosi affreschi riportati all’antico splendore da restauratori altamente qualificati.
Nel rispetto della struttura originaria sono state realizzate 15 camere (più un
appartamento con 2 camere,cucina e salotto) dotate di televisore satellitare,
frigobar,idromassaggio e collegamenti telematici.
Arredamento d’epoca in armonia con l’artigianato umbro di pregio con letti in ferro
battuto o legno e tessuti Mastro Raphael.
Dotato di ampio parcheggio, giardino all’italiana con roseto,parco di alberi secolari, il
complesso include un interessante percorso archeologico
su antica necropoli romana ed una chiesa consacrata,
luogo ideale per cerimonie in un ambiente unico ed affascinante.
La Residenza di San Pietro è inoltre arricchita di servizi complemetari, quali il
modernissimo centro benessere, la piscina riscaldata, il campo da tennis, 2 buche da
golf, bici ed equitazione, servizi ormai irrinunciabili sia per un breve soggiorno di
